Notaries from Mendoza will provide free advice to citizens who need the assistance of these professionals on various topics involving notarial activities and everyday situations such as housing regulations, protective measures, advance medical directives, authorization of minors, marital property regime, title regularization, sales, wills, donations, and domestic partnerships, among others.
The initiative, carried out by the Notarial Association of Mendoza, aims to demonstrate the social function of notaries in the community, and in this second provincial community notarial advisory day — which will take place on the morning of Saturday, July 8 — the meeting point will be the Pascual Lauriente Cultural Center (Guaymallén).
Those interested in receiving advice or who have specific questions related to notarial matters can go to the location (Bandera de los Andes 8.956, Rodeo de la Cruz) to ask questions and get clarifications.
The notaries will be available at the cultural center in Rodeo de la Cruz between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, and the advisory services will be free of charge.
